Welcome to Southland Hills!  Our friendly residential community of about 200 homes is located in the heart of Towson, Maryland, within walking distance of the downtown business district of Towson, the Towson YMCA, and Towson University.

The Southland Hills Neighborhood Association (SHNA) is a volunteer organization dedicated to the improvement of the quality of life for all residents of the this unique community. SHNA advocates for the neighborhood in matters concerning the commercial development, Towson University, public schools, and public safety.
